Hearing your comment about the onions tearing you up...I decided to tell you about my important kitchen tool....a small fan!! When I cut up onions i simply have the fan blowing across the area and no tears!!!!

A lot of your recipes that start with meat and onions in the skillet, well, we could stop right there and I'll eat that. The smell of meat and onions in a skillet is awesome by itself. I made this it's so easy. I added low Sodium Beef Broth instead of the Water, I grated my cheeses and also added fresh Salsa on top with a Dolop of Sour Cream. Yummy! So Good! It's my new recipe for Taco Tuesday from now on. Thanks for Sharing!

I just want to thank you for keeping the channel going, I had some catching up to do because my computer was down for a few weeks and I spent the last two weeks in the hospital.
