All you need is the basic knowledge of flavor building to o marinate your chicken and the rest is easy, sear on a hot pan with some oil until brown and set aside,sauté onions and garlic and then pour some of that remaining marinade, add rice and water/ stock
Return the chicken and cover until cooked well, garnish and serve.
