However, Goku is lucky, as he is NOT the strongest in his universe. If goku one day reaches that pinnacle of power, he will simply just lost all thrill for getting stronger like Saitama does, (though Saitama still trains everyday so hes a bit hypocritical there) and simply gives the same advice to everyone else.

Suiryu is just one great character. He started as an cocky and arrogant master of martial arts, who wanted to live easy and fight someone strong. It took almost his own death and the deaths of the other martial artists to make him realise the truth of being a hero. And when Saitama came to save his life, despite him telling to Saitama's face that heros are useless, he couldnt feel anything but happines and shock that his cries were heard. And now he has an chance to become a great hero, a great martial artist and a great *man* .

Saitama is great, but Lightening Max and Snek were the truest heroes here. When even your broken defeated body can inspire the hope of someone stronger than you, then you are truly a hero. The thing that makes Saitama a true and great hero is that he doesn't make villains rather he makes more heroes instead. Everytime a hero saves someone, somehow there will always be a person they save become a villain. But for Saitama, instead of making villains he creates more heroes instead and all the villains and troubles alike will instead be shouldered by Saitama alone and will not affect others but instead benefits them. For me that's what a hero should be like.

The moment you realize, Saitama actually has the heart of a flawless hero. As an ordinary man, jumps in to save the kid from Crablante. Moves before he even knows what he's doing. I don't know why people say one punch man is a shot anime for there is no character development, not a special training arc , not emotions Well one punch man is different from all these things ,normally Shonen anime make their protagonist strong time by time ,he struggle for powers ,ok at the end be become like God of his series then what happens?
