I think everyone who ever had to deal with a mosquito understands Saitama's plight in this episode. Genos overwhelming Saitama with his life's story, all that info dump on both the viewers and our bald hero - pure comedy 😂 Poor Saitama ended up with a broken roof, man can't catch a break! Mosquito's weigh so little that they can't fly properly if there is a fan pointed at them, Saitama is so strong and fast that the air around his punches must be going at ridiculous speeds (due to air resistance), so it's likely that Saitama being too strong and fast actually meant he could NEVER hit the mosquito because it was being blown around by the surrounding air every time he tried to hit it

Heeey ! Welcome to the OPM hype train, Magy and Laura. This series, especially season 1, since it's been done by Madhouse, the same studio as the one that recently made Frieren, + a dream team of some of Japan's best animators that the director of s1 has pulled together, is absolutely legendary. Such a miraculous team never got replicated in the past 9 years since this series got out. 4 years later, S2 was picked up by an entirely different director and studio (JC Staff), who had to follow in the footsteps of the giants that came before and made a valiant effort at it, but you could tell the quality dropped pretty significantly, which sadly killed all the hype season 1 had built up. S3 is still happening, still with the same studio that made s3, and people just don't care anymore... If you'd ask me, I would say enjoy season 1 for the absolute anime miracle it is (it's easily one of the season that marked 2015 as one of Anime's best year in history), then moving on forward, you're better off just reading the manga, which is awesome too.

Fun fact : I've been working in the animation industry for the past 15 years and I keep a pretty close finger on the pulse of whatever's happening in the industry (not just anime, but worldwide animation too), both in the public eye or the behind the scenes. When I say nobody cares about OPM anime, I'm comparing the hype as it is now compared to when s1 was airing. At the time, in the anime fandom, that series was bigger and more talked about online than Game of Thrones, which was not a small feat. 5 years after the letdown that was season 2, and now that season 3 has been announced a few months ago... With the confirmation that it is yet again JC Staff producing it, how many people are still talking about it, now ? You can care, and all the power to you, but no need to come and pose your opinions as facts, and gaslight other people of doing whatever you're doing.

We all have that experience where we try to kill a mosquito (or even a house fly) but we can't seem to catch or kill it Also, dunno if you noticed but when Saitama slapped the mosquito girl, the clouds split in half.... You will get to notice this in upcoming episodes on One Punch Man, his punch and even punch out or end a heavy rainfall....

Curious Facts: Saitama is 25 years old, Genos is 19 years old, they both mentioned it in this episode. For comedy scenes, Saitama can’t catch a mosquito or he’s late to take out the trash for him to be relatable to the audience, but he doesn’t have those flaws in serious scenes. Genos’ arms change a lot during the story of the Manga/Anime, he has showed more than 10 different mechanical bodies as a cyborg. Genos is extremely powerful, he can easily destroy mountains with his fire-power, and he can move faster than the eye can see, but he usually fights opponents stronger than him, so a lot of the audience underestimates him.
