ECo style super protein has also hydrolyzed wheat protein in it. I have that product and a ton of others I just don't have a clue of what are they for, this protein too lol How should I use this protein? I just started taking care of my hair, small Afro here, and honestly, until a couple a weeks ago I would just wash my hair once a week with shampoo and done. No bonnet, no conditioner, no nothing My hair would be dry most of the time and hella frizzy Anyways, I look forward into learning how to properly take care of my hair because I think I'm neglecting it to the point that for me it ain't growing up, so, I'm trying to make my best to grow it as fast and healthy as possible

Might be a dumb question, but gotta ask. The 2nd time i tried it, i tried to get the air bubbles from around the strand. The hair sunk then rose back to the top and still had an air bubble or two. Does that still mean i have low porosity hair?
