I grew up doing all of these and I’m sure a lot of people have. Refining the way we do things to see if we get better results isn’t a bad thing. Haircare like anything in beauty is never one size fits all. If you do the opposite of this and get the best results that’s great! However if you are noticing something off with your routine, maybe more shedding, or maybe you’re new to oiling, maybe these tips will help you ❤️ Okie love you ❤️

@SarahSaleen Жыл бұрын
Hii!! Definitely do some gentle massage throughout the week with a scalp brush, or a bamboo brush, scalp Gua sha, or just your hands. A scalp serum and a hair supplement may also help to speed things up as well. Spraying Rosemary water is also a option aside from oiling.

The hair fall control and hair regrowth serum by littleeextra reactivate has performed so well for my hair growth. Its sleek bottle and dispenser spray bottle make use easy. After applying it for a few weeks, I've noticed a significant decrease in hair fall and damage. My hair becomes more stonger and looks better overall. I've even noticed some new growth in areas where my hair was thinning. What sets this serum apart is its ingredients known for boosting hair growth and strength. Overall, I highly recommend the Serum to anyone looking to enhance the thickness and health of their hair.

I experienced significant hair loss last year, but in the current year, after using this Reactivate hair growth serum, I've seen it really grows new hairs in less dense parts. I had less hairs in the corners of my forehead, but it helped me make that area, making it denser.

Depends on your ethnicity and hair type. Educate yourself first as all hair types do not need an oiled scalp. Her hair type only needs a light coat while those with linkier hair need more. If you are of mixed descent do your research first and consult a cosmetologist with a similar hair type OR one that has experience in caring for your hair type.

@@SarahSaleen Damn, i may have to try that then cus is use Mielle Rosemary oil aswell. Do you feel like you still get the hair growth benefits even though you wash it out. Also when you wash it out, do you just use water or do wash out with conditioner aswell?
@SarahSaleen5 ай бұрын
I should film my actual washing routine! I think I’ll do that this week. But yes! Think of it as a treatment. To get the benefits you only need to leave it in for a little while, but if you leave it in too long you can get adverse affects (not everyone but some) Also when you don’t oil your hair there are options that won’t clog your follicles when left too long, like scalp serums! Many are super light and absorb like skincare. I double cleanse with shampoo and then use conditioner/ hair mask

Do you not think 80 percent of your hair is genetic?
@SarahSaleen6 ай бұрын
Of course genetics plays a part.. but I’ve done a lot to make it better. My parents hair didn’t look like mine because they didn’t take care of it the way I do. My pcos hormonal hair loss could also be genetic. It’s not about getting hair that looks like mine that’s not my message. It’s about getting the best version of your hair. That’s why I even show my before pictures on my channel. To show that I made my hair, that looked similar to my parents, even better, by taking care of it.

Essential oils are the most concentrated form of the plan extract which can just be too strong for our skin to handle without irritation. Some can get away with it while others may experience irritation or hair loss.

Finally, I reduced my white flakes on the scalp and hairfall. First, Apply hair oil and leave it overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour for it to work. Step 2: Wash it off with shampoo. Step 3: Put on conditioner of your choice to the roots of your hair. I used a mild and natural hair fall control kit by littleeextra cococonion for these steps as it's gentle and organic, and is considered gud for hair fall control. If you also have dandruff, apply lemon juice on your scalp at least once a week before shampooing and wash it off about an hour later.
