This is similar to my solo setup as well, except I use pale order instead of 2 piece monster. On more difficult fights, i like front bar mothers sorrow, back bar winters Respite, ice heart 2 piece, pale order + 1 piece trainee.

I personally like being a vampire, because undeath at stage 3 feels nice and doesn't get rid of our health regen and we get a pretty sick panic button ult that also acts as some nice AoE damage. Think bone colossus but stronger. Then we have our drain ability which generates ultimate for us. This can be a super nice additi to any build as you don't have to actually use any vampire skills if you don't want to. We're in it for the ult and the passives, and if you like, the ult regen. That way you can run any build you like and pretty much never have to worry about biting off more than you can chew. If you suddenly get smacked a little harder than you expected, don't immediately freak out. Undeath, the passive that makes you about 30% more tanky based on your missing health will give you a little bit of a window to hit your heals if you made a mistake somehow, say you neglected to use your heal before you got smacked, it happens to the best so that little bit of extra tank can be real nice. Now the problem is magicka sustain because non-vamp abilities will cost a good bit more which is only slightly off set by evocation in the light armor skill line. So I like to use the ghastly eye bowl food, no health but it's about as good as you can get for magicka regen and it's super easy to get especially right now during the witches festival. And, if you're farming an area you're not too familiar with, while in ult you can see enemies through walls. This way you can plan your rotation while fighting a group, if you're the type who doesn't like watching tutorials for everything and wants to figure out a rotation on their own this can be really nice. Just be careful farming groups with lots of fire, that can go real bad real fast for a vampire lol. Just try to keep that heal up and maybe consider an ability like leeching vines as an addition. Warden is one of the best vamps imo thanks to their frost cloak, the frost ability minotaur is using which I can't remember the name of, and leeching vines and most builds will have 2 sometimes 3 pre-fight cast abilities anyway so you should be used to it by now and if not it couldn't hurt to familiarize while you farm. Okay sorry I got side tracked back to your magicka sustain problem as a vamp, ghastly eye bowl is big for that and your undeath passive and kit as a warden helps offset the lack of health given by eye bowl a little and your ultimate is again a panic button so health is covered, it's super hard to die when using the swarming scion ability, that blue betty is a life saver in terms of magicka sustain. And if you just want the ult and want to avoid the really rough debuffs that come with a vamp, just don't feed. Stage 3 is my preferred stage. If you're into scrying the ring of the pale order will come in handy too. Great solo build, if you play it right you'll never die to trash mobs and most of the time, when you're fighting a boss they'll be the ones hearing the boss music. Just don't expect it to work out in a trial or anything. it can just not with the ring, this is definitely a solo build. It's hard to die to trash mobs at a certain point anyway but if you're not as familiar with the game or you just want some extra security, vampire is a viable option. Everyone says vamp is bad, I disagree. We make fantastic tanks. Vamp tank would work well with earthgore, battalion defender (I think is what its called) and ebon armory. Throw in argonian racial passives and you're an absolute beefcake with great supportive capabilities. If you want to offset some of that fire damage, dark elf is a perfectly valid tank option for vamp tank. You never really have to advance your vampirism stage anyway. That's mostly, a matter of preference. I find I can't cope without undeath in most cases. Works best with team comps that have a templar. Since your regen is shagged completely in mist form if I remember correctly it can help a ton to have blessed shards I think is the ability and the orbs from the undaunted skill line which most dps and a good few healers will be using anyway. Infinite resources, infinite mitigation, what more do ya need? Have not tested in trials. Its definitely an off pick but could work, still theory crafting it. Just to defend vamps, we get a bad rep because people expected a god tier rework for some reason. I'm just happy to finally have a functional kit. Mostly functional. It's fun anyway. But yeah testing certain ability interactions with mist form, if it works out vamp tank is super slept on. I'd probably recommend warden or necro tank with it though. Dragon knight is already cracked on it's own and doesn't really fit the theme. This is super off topic I know but I can't help myself, love rambling about all the things you can do with builds in any mmorpg. Spoiled for choices in eso. PS: When I say this is mostly a solo build I meant with the addition of the ring. This could definitely work in group content as a trash mob thing. If you're on pc we have an add on to switch builds automatically. Forget its name. So you could have this set up and a proper dps or tank build and just switch between the two before and after a fight with ease. As always fantastic content and great food for thought. Ty.

I roll vamp/Necro. She's pretty beast and a lot of fun. The Necro seemed right for a vamp. I've always looked at Wardens as nature freaks, never understood the ice stuff when everything else is "green", even the bear. They could've just made an ice class, but that's my opinion. Infact, I have both my Wardens dressed like Celts. Never thought to do something like in this video.✌🏼

Morrowind is also in close proximity to the harsh colds of skyrim , Just look at Solstheim, a primarily dwemer influenced region next to both regions. The warden class imo is meant to umbrella term all of it and make it cohesive, it's prob the best name they could have given the glass personally in regards to its green and ice influence.

It is so powerfull that I was able to finish Plucking the Crow quest and kill the monster with all my atributes invested to stamina by accident 😃 I realy enjoy this build - going through tons of mobs i super easy and fun. I run this build with Winters revenge instead of inner light. I prefer to have a second dot to stack on top of unstable wall ( for boss fights ). And for amazing lethality in trash fights I put dark convergence on the back bar. Drop the winters revenge as you approach, dark convergence sucks them in. I drop unstable wall on that and just about when the dark convergence explosion happens I refresh unstable wall and there is rarely anything left standing. ( this is in normal dungeons ) for grinding crimson cove dark convergence is overkill, but funny to watch.

I still like DC but since the patch it is weak. I like in in dungeons as well. I did not think about back barring it. That would allow me to do regular delves and public dungeons without ppl complaining about it. Solo farming group dungeons I would not need to worry about others complaining. I do understand why they might complain. You essentially are stealing their kills before they have a chance. I personally like following someone using the set. Roll with it.

Not for overland or public dungeon farming. We have nearly 8k pen with just light armor and CP, and sharpened will put you way over the cap for that content which is only 9100.

I use a variant of this on vet dlc dungeons and vet craglorn trials and it does just fine. Drop iceheart since in a group you shouldn’t be taking damage anyways, full bar both frostbite and your other 5 piece, that means using your jewelry and shoulder+head slots on your second 5 piece. I prefer diamonds victory as my second 5 piece set since deep fissure procs ranged supremacy and ice reach procs melee supremacy both of which should be cast once every 3-4 seconds, thus boosting your spell damage by a good amount with nearly 100% uptime. Back bar a frost maelstrom staff because maelstrom staff is just nutty damage, and lastly run the masters ice staff which makes frost reach increase your spell damage by a massive amount everytime it’s used (additionally frost reach specifically got a huge buff nearly doubling its initial hit damage making it a very strong spammable that deals PURELY ice damage) This build hits upward of 6.9k spell damage on a trial dummy which is just absolutely insane. My max parse with this set up was just under 72k. But I suck with dynamic rotations and was parsing in full purple gear. someone who is more comfortable with magdens rotations can probably squeeze out 80+ easy. If you like the thematic of an untouchable ice mage that freezes everyone solid and blasts them with magic, it’s a ton of fun, but you’re going to juggling a lot of weird ability timers.

I run normals solo with this by use DV as well with MS. It still seems to work well. It procs and I get decent DPS in trash mobs. I solo most world bosses that do not have real hard hits. E.g. The war chief and trophy taker and the boss on the south are still hard but the giant frog and xul-xan are easy work. I solo other WBs depending on where they are. I do ok as long as my hands don't lock up in pain. I am getting old.

I run a couple of similar builds - one has mad tinkerer as the second set instead. For soloing dungeons you just need to slot a suitable debuff, the rest of the 2 bar build works fine as you've got a spammable as well as the wall and deep fissue. The one bar setup is a bit crap at bosses. Swap the second set for winters respite and backbar a resto and its also a perfectly adequate dungeon healer/trash blaster for short queue times. For tanky needs switch MS for medusa and land a couple of pieces of medusa as the chest/legs but keep the rest the other set or use DV. It also works with dark convergence (polar wind, shalks, preferred DC proc, exploding wall) and that's nice in a group as you can drop the DC over the tank.

This is very cool, brother. I'm rolling a storm mage, with much of the same set-up as far as CP and armour, except it's a 2 bar. I use a few heals for Mirri. I use: Mother's Sorrow, Twilight's Embrace, and Seducer. I started it just for fun, but she's turning out pretty cool. Gonna take some of your other suggestions, like Thief, I'm using the Shadow. I have reached level 50, but I still don't have the passive skill Maturation. Since I don't use any of the Green Balance active skills, it feels like I will never get Maturation. hey HTM . i think they changed the Wall of elements damage. in your skill in the video shows that 1378 damage every second and exploding damage 8400. but mine now says 646 every second and 3678 when exploding. its the same skill level IV like yours. did they changed it ?

I have an issue with this build where sometimes i can just spam unstable wall and the explosion does no dmg, they take the tick dmg from the things on the ground but they take no dmg from the explosion. What am i doing wrong? they take dmg from the arctic wind and the dmg fro mthe ice on the ground but when im just standing still and spamming unstable wall, no dmg from the explosion. and yes i have the correct morph. any explanations to what im doing wrong or if this games latency is shit?

i use almost same build on my mage DK, differance i took thaumaturge to sins DK realies on DOT to, ele wall breath and then spam ele wall, works well if played right sins adding burn on target restores magica if using poison then stamina so my warden and DK are similar

I am using this build on my main, a magDK DPS, and I know Torug's isn't a DPS set but with Infused staff on backbar, Torug's infusion of that staff, PLUS Heartland Conqueror doubling the trait, it's pretty powerful!

Frostbite there for damage while Winters Respite would heal you. So depends on what you want on your build.

I have followed this build, the only thing I have not done it optimised it by aligning all the traits and making all the gear gold… It works well, however my spell penetration seems no where near what HTM’s is… Mine is only 700, and I can’t work out why it seems to be so low? I assume this is hurting me? I am 510 CP

Hack is like a used car salesman... He makes bold claims and promises greatness, but what you really get is mediocrity. Most of his builds are only useful in public dungeons. You cannot complete veteran content with them.

I'd deff like to see some veteran content to decide if it's something I want to do. I will say that the Templar build I followed has been very lackluster. It's fine in regular dungeons but I get destroyed trying to solo them, solo world bosses, and some DLC dungeons really fuck me up.

@@FlashesSoccer011 if you're looking to make a genuine endgame frost dps build the only 3 frost damage skills you'll use are frost reach (which is now classed as a spammable ability since the waking flame patch), winter's revenge (high damage ground aoe DoT) and Unstable Wall of Frost(which is still worse than unstable wall of fire)

@@FlashesSoccer011 it depends on if it's worth it to you. The frost mage archetype still has a ways to go before it's fleshed out. But it's not useless. Minor Brittle is a desired group buff. And frostden can get closeish to normal dps magden in terms of dps.

how do you get the unstable ice staff to explode on first cast? I can only get it to explode on second cast.

He says it only does frost damage when the ability ends. Recasting makes the first end right away.

Not worth it with this particular build. We won't be doing much light or heavy attacks - mostly just AOE farming.

For me one of my setups is Medusa and frostbite no mythic no monster set and the Masters ice staff but he's more of a DPS still a good add crusher, for trials I was running Medusa, three-piece sirora, The waiting kilt, one piece slime craw, the master ice staff front bar and the Maelstrom Ice staff back bar

@@jayviktor6130 I only get 50k average sometimes 60k I bet Hack could do a lot better tho, I wouldn't doubt if it's capable of almost 70k maybe higher with no mistakes

No. These abilities are Magicka based. You need weapons and attacks that use physical damage as stamina.
