I have never heard the words "genetic memory" before but it is something I'm deeply interested in. I think our minds and brain are conscious of everything that happens to me and records it all somewhere. The brain filters out what it thinks I don't need or want to know and let's me perceive the rest. If all the minds in the world die someday and go somewhere will they all combine to know everything about the world? And how does our brain pass memories or DNA on to our children? It's all a mystery.

How come the cop came after the guy? He was the owner of the place, and without a warrant, the cop would actually be the one trespassing inside that theater, wouldn't he?
@brianmonks86578 жыл бұрын
The cop found the door of a locked, empty building open. He doesn't need a warrant because the unusual open door is probable cause to investigate possible robbery, or other crimes. He had no way of knowing who owned the building, and finding someone next to a body, no matter how old, is also justification for taking him in to be questioned about the body, and why he's there. The fact that the cop actually believed him about being the new owner, and took him to the partner's office, instead of the police station, is odd.
@humbertojimmy8 жыл бұрын
Brian Monks I'm not so sure a cop without a warrant can just step inside any open door he sees. I understand what you're trying to say, but i don't think the law is that open to hunches.
@brianmonks86578 жыл бұрын
I'm not a cop, so I can't be sure, but I think the fact that it was an empty business building, not a residence makes a difference. Also, an open door that has been shut for 20 years is more suspicious than just a hunch.
@factsoverfiction78263 жыл бұрын
@@humbertojimmy It's called 'probable cause' (I think) ... and we've all heard the phrase "had reason to believe a crime was being committed." If you own an empty building & pay taxes on it .... you'd expect cops to stop & check for vandals, kids who may get hurt playing inside, or squatters who may accidentally burn the place down.
@humbertojimmy3 жыл бұрын
@@factsoverfiction7826 Yeah, i know what you're talking about, but what i'm saying is "would it be justified in THAT case?". Not everything counts as probable cause, otherwise cops could just do *everything* they wanted and in NO situation could you press charges against the invasion of a cop (because he could always cook up some reason).
