Ever seen 90% healing reduction ever been stuck in a cage and unable to heal cause it cost 3 Auto attack to break and you have reduced movement speed and attack speed ever just healed the opponent for 40% of all the healing you did just cause thats how the passive of that character works or an aoe ability with 50% healing reduction built in you can get the other 40% off an item. It won't because mages need levels more than ADC's though. ADC's used to be balanced far more around gold than XP. Mages only work bot cuz they have better shove than others. All having adcs in solo lanes will do is make the game far less enjoyable for all other roles.

The simplest solution would be to balance adcs and support as any other freaking champ and instead add a quest item for adcs and make bother rhat and the support quest item to generate extra exp when in botlane. Thus keeping them in the same power level as all lanes. That would result in them they finally having a way to pressure the game as they normally should instead of being the weaklings of a team even if they win the lane, and it would result in them not being broken as offmeta picks any any other lane... But ofc rito will never figure that out. What are we even talking about, you still lose the same lp with the dude that run down your ranked game.
