Head over to the NCEES website and grab the FE Reference Handbook. This guide is your best friend during the exam. It has all the formulas, concepts, and information you need to know for the test.
Step 2: Don’t Overload Yourself with Random Problems
You don’t need to solve hundreds of problems from different books. It’s easy to get caught up in quantity over quality. Instead, focus on mastering what’s in the handbook-because that’s what will be on the exam.
Step 3: Understand the Concepts, Don’t Just Memorize
The FE exam is open book. The key isn’t memorizing everything, but knowing how to quickly find what you need in the handbook. It’s like having the answers right in front of you, so make sure you’re familiar with how to navigate it.
Step 4: Prioritize the Easy and Medium Questions
