Thanks for the information. Thanks to God my son is as good as you described as a personality and he also play in the first team U-14 in elite league in my country Ukraine, spending approx. 90% on a field playing at each match as a forward. So, I believe he is in the right direction...

@@footballfundamental he is very self disciplined, there is no need to push him already. When he was younger of course I needed to push a little, but I worked more as a reminder not really pusher :). But last 2 years approx. he takes so seriously a football as his job, he has training with the team every day except Sunday, every Saturday a match. I always present all training and matches . I see my role to support him and really organise for him some interesting rest, when we have time or holidays in order to forget football for one day at least totally or for one week, when we have such possibility and it refreshes a lot, he even doesn't notice my interfering and why I am so enthusiastic to help him with this... :) helping with the rest I mean...:)

What about MESSI then? Like MESSI didn't have a great personality , we didn't even see him talking when he was a teenager in BARCELONA? Yeah , later he understood he is MESSI but how did he get selected at the first place with no personality?
