One way to INSTANTLY soothe your Limerence/ Love addiction.
I used to be a love addict & codependent for many years and struggle between limerence relationships where I got addicted to love and obsessively think about someone. Over years of healing, I learned what triggers limerence/ love addiction is attachment trauma (usually we go through attachment loss or unstable and chaotic attachment relationships with our parents). Now I have healed and I'm under training to be a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I wanna share what has helped me heal from limerence/ love addiction and my professional knowledge on healing attachment trauma.
Hope this video helps and please share it with people in need 💗

Putting someone else on a pedestal is also a covert contract that says: “I will put you up on a pedestal, make you feel great about yourself, go out of my way to please you and become whatever you want me to be, so that YOU will do all that for ME in return.”

I’m new to your channel, and WOW! You have explained this love sick entrapment so perfectly! I have just recently seen it for what it truly is by meditation, and self reflections. I wish you all the best. Those who have healed themselves can help those who WANTS to be healed💜✨🙏

Thank you so much for this! I’m aromantic but get obsessions a lot and what you said about the obsessions being a Defense mechanism against the fear of being alone rly struck a cord. Coming to terms with my aromanticism and the fact that I don’t rly think I would be happy in a non platonic relationship has been rly rly difficult for me, I grew up in love with the idea of romance so it’s gonna take a lot of work and healing but I’m ready for it!

Btw this is just my experience being aro, aromantic ppl are very diverse and many do like and want non platonic relationships, many don’t, and there are many ppl in between

I agree with everything on this video except @1:41 .. even in normal natural love (without addiction) it’s all these quirky things of someone that you can love so much.

Your videos are speaking to me, thank you for making them!! I have let anxiety take control of my life at the point I couldn't see the bright side on anything anymore... for a whole year this time, not one day of rest. It seems worthless to try to fight it and I also became super antisocial, its affecting my friendships, work, family, and I can't even see myself in another relationship anymore... I know I have to change or I won't be able to do anything new and start my life over, with less fear as possible. Again, thank you so much for making videos on the subject!

Thank you for sharing your videos! I started my journey this year to understanding my attachment style/CPTSD and I really enjoy hearing about your past reactions and experiences in relationships because they were very similar to most of my thoughts and experiences before this journey. I am also very grateful for your tips as a training psychotherapist because they reinforced what I’ve learned over the past few months, especially in secure attachment and John Bradshaw’s book. I wish I found your channel sooner, and I hope you will post more videos soon!

What if we know how we feel inside but can’t remember the reasons or memories why even after years of therapy ?
@HealwithRannn
@HealwithRannn 18 күн бұрын
Sometimes past events get repressed so deeply that feelings from them can get evoke but memories get cut off. That’s our defense mechanism. With time, you may be able to recall an image, a sound or a flash of memory, dive into it, repeat that story, more memories can come to life at the right moment.
