Grab 1 of those garden pump up sprayer. I usually cut the very end off the wand then slip a rubber hose on it. Then just pump it up, push the trigger and it will push the fluid out. Been using them for years, does gear oil fine.

You can always remove one of the heater hoses to burp the system. Just crack One open start filling it up and when you get coolant coming out of the hose reinstall it finish filling it. They actually sell a fitting that goes on for the heater hose with a removable cap they work pretty well
@jottow6804 жыл бұрын
also for your exhaust. if you put a short flex joint after the flange it should help stop it from cracking.

I have been told to use 347 filler rod on stainless because it will weld 321 pipes. 321 is the best for headers that last. I know people use ER70-06S MIG wire for filler rod on 4130 tubing. Evidently the Silicon makes it flow well. I'm not surprised that it worked on Stainless but it may corrode rapidly with all the heat and a kind of dissimilar metal joint. Keep an eye on it.

when i did the dsg trans on my vw. i hacked a weed sprayer. added the oil to it, and used that to push the oil into the trans. made it wayyy easier. made another one for regular oils. sped it up so much. to do it that way takes forever. the proper "tool" to do it properly is $200 bucks. i spent $30, and its basically the same thing.

Hey tayler instead of using that soap or fliud despenser try using a old windshield washer fluid tank with the pump on it. Just put your fluid into the tank and put 12volt to it and it pumps it right in, fastest way ive used yet to fill a trans or diff up!
