One week to go before I start my bike trip across Canada for mental health and schizophrenia!

I am attempting to be the first person with schizophrenia to bicycle across Canada! I leave Vancouver on June 4, 2023, in about a week!
I am raising funds for:
1. the national and provincial Schizophrenia Societies in Canada
2. the MindAid.ca nonprofits helping people with mental illness in developing countries
