This is probably one of the craziest naked bikes I have been on! This thing has power for days and it sounds so good! I highly recommend this bike and I am even thinking of getting one for myself!

Got the same bike with the same exhaust. Sounds AMAZING💥 Got Some more power out of it, in a custum ECU tune and a Dyno run.

I have the same year and color. It looks different from other bikes - I like it. The power is amazing. Every time I ride it it's an event. Love the 3rd gear power wheelies. With the help of a bump in the road you can also power wheelie in 4th gear! The stock exhaust sounds great - I don't feel the need to decat it or otherwise modify it. I owned an MT 09 prior to this and the exhaust on that model was too quiet. The MT 10 is also amazing in corners. Cruise control is quite handy and this model also has an electronic steering damper. I only got 2 300 miles on the original rear tire so I switched to a Bridgestone T31 which is lasting far better. Not as sticky though. This is the best bike I have owned.

ive put 4k miles on my 2021 mt10 since april 23 and it is easily my favorite motorcycle i have ever owned or rode. i know its not faster than a 1000cc supersport but it sure feels like it and the front end just floats its just a rowdy bike so damn fun.

Make SURE you have ecu flashed accordingly when you decat these bikes. They are WAY lean down low, need to be flashed properly and they are fun! You can also pick them up used for pretty cheap and the upgrades end up being way less than $1,000. Kinda goes without saying but a lot of guys think they can just eliminate the cat and Instant Power. After a fair amount of experimentation on my 18, 95% of the power gain comes from the Flash, not the Decat/exhaust.

Original exhaust on my UK 2018 MT10, however I have had it remapped, fuelling balanced and restrictions removed. The bike is now showing an indicated 170mph in top which is unlike other naked bikes, but I aint complaining lol enjoy

@@itsmeericb you would be surprised how effective an aftermarket sports screen is. Surprisingly smooth when you're tucked in behind the bubble. Mind you I was only at that speed for about 4 seconds before rolling off. I just wanted to max it out to see what the numbers where. Safe riding everyone 👍

I bought a new gen '21 mt09 about 8 months ago, had an '18 mt09 and really liked it so thought the basically all new bike would be cool. It's nice but desperately needs exhaust and a flash. By the time you buy exhaust (full system), flash it and pay all the labor you're at $1500+. Found a blue '18 mt10 with 1k mi on it listed for $10k, got him down to $9700. IMO, that's a decent deal. Basically still a new bike. These are the cheapest bikes in the world to get crazy more power out of. A $250 de cat link pipe and competent flash and wah-lah......instant 145-150whp. I'm quite certain that's what was done to the one you're riding. That along with yamaha comfort seat and windscreen and a few other things and I'm done. If you are the least bit concerned about getting good gas mileage, THIS BIKE IS NOT FOR YOU! After about 5 tanks of fuel I've gotten a low of just under 25mpg and a high of 32. Here in the states as of 8/31/22, I'm paying $4.85gal and who knows where prices will go from here. You get about 90 miles in before bottom bar starts blinking. It's a concern because it's never been a concern on any other bike I've owned.....lol. I have a decision as too which to keep. As addictive as the beautiful cp3 is, the cp4 is even more so!

This bike is definitely a beast! You are correct in saying if you are worried about fuel economy, stay away from this one!

I think naked bikes are more of a preference thing. I like the full fairing sport bike look better. Wonder why yamaha didn’t use the tft scene from the R1 🤔 sounds amazing thought 🤤. Oh yeah don’t forget the Aprilia tuono v4 and Ducati streetfighter 4v 🤙🏾

How does the MT-10 compare to one of the more "relaxed" supersports like the CBR1000RR or your GSXR 1000?

Still aggressive but with a more relaxed seating position. A lot of fun to ride because of the torque and it power wheelies on demand. Negative is that it sucks down gas. A lot of people complain about that with the MT-10.

I believe whether it’s the stock can or aftermarket, it will still need a tune as there is more free flow without the cat.
