Hello! I make your recipe every week and I got this recipe from your cookbook I purchased in 2019! I did not know this recipe was in a video until just now ❤. This recipe is so versatile! I saute 1/4 cup onions and add them to the mix and sometimes I add cheddar cheese! I love your books! Thank-you!

If I used 2 cups of flour (want to save a few for the freezer), how would I, or do I need to adjust the other ingredients? And if so, how/what. Thank you.

Yes, this recipe doubles and triples well. If you use 2 cups of flour, double the remaining ingredients too.

Yes, you can but we have not tested this recipe with self-rising flour. Self-rising flour contains flour, baking powder, and salt. While it's hard to predict the exact ratios of flour to baking powder to salt, you will most likely still get great results. Just be sure to leave out adding any additional baking powder and salt until you've seen how it turns out with your particular brand of self rising flour.

Why do people always eat biscuits with jam? Even though I love sweets, seems very restrictive to me. Try a chunk of your favorite cheese between warm biscuits. Nothing better!
