I used to broad jump when I was young, like 10, and was pretty good. I am a senior citizen now and have two (!) achilles tendon replacement/surgeries. .Questions: : Can I still get power with those weakened ATs? How to improve? Why "load" twice? (up, down, up and down-jump)? Should the "loads" look/feel different? Your video is the best I have seen and I've looked at a few. I am subbing now. Thank you!!

i have a first and fitness test tmrw and im hoping i can jump 6-6 feet i can jump 6-4 feet so im hoping this video will help!
