We’ve got Joseph low on confidence, Willy not firing yet Ramazani not at his level he was at before and smit needing minutes. Out of all of them I think Willy isn’t playing happy! We need to get the best out of them and the only way is with rotation and more importantly using the subs earlier at so 55-60. Players must understand if we get all our players on-form we go up! When I listen to a carrick he talks about sharing the time for the good of the team! I just feel the harmony of the squad is a little off atm. Farke needs to do better imo in the man management

Farke is a 80+ minute sub man I can never really recall him making subs like around the 60 minutes marks or 65-70 mark If I or we Leeds fans can't see that we aren't guna score in a month of Sundays they why doesn't he. Ipswich were promotion based on McKenna making good a timely subs every match that's what won then promotion. Why farke don't do this is baffling

There’s an argument Boro are underperforming given their squad, arguably stronger than Sunderland, and arguably stronger than Sheff U at the start of the season / over summer especially with depth. Boro have 1 win in 5. The grass is definitely not greener at Boro. We also have the most goals from subs. I do agree that I’d like to see earlier subs absolutely, but overall Farke’s rotation and subs have been much better this season

Think for me Farke did want a 10. Yes Aaronson has done great. I have been waiting for Jan window. Other positions have cropped up keeper, Joseph not yet ready. We have March internationals Leeds have most that play. Just want enough to get us over line

Interesting when you truly drill down and look at the stats. Looking at big chances created, Aaronson is our top player, 8th, just behind Hamer in 7th. Aaronson scored more than Hamer but created less, is that down to others not converting the "big chances he created"? Not bad for a "crap player". Which begs the question, who do you buy to replace him? In terms of big chances missed, Leeds do not have a player in the top 20, they are not overly wasteful in comparison in this league. Latte Lath and Borja Sainz are in the top 3. Aaronson is 23rd and Joseph is 25th, with Largie and James a little higher in the late 20's. Gnonto is still one of the best in the C/ship at creating big chances/min. M Joseph X/G is 4 and he has 2 goals.

If we let Geldhart, Charlie Crew + Bamford go out on loan then I’d like us to go for Jebbison on loan from Bournemouth until end of the season! He won’t expect to start every game and is a good back up option to Piroe + Joseph! A GK is obvious but it won’t happen 👎🏼 Meslier will be Number 1 for the rest of the season and they’ll then replace him if/when we get promoted ⚽️

It's going to come down to injuries. If we are unlucky with injuries then not making loan signings this month is going to look careless. Strujck Firpo James Byram Solomon Wober Paddy don't have great injury r records. Rodon looks bashed up. Ramazanni Ampadu Gnonto Gruev all coming back from injuries. We now also have a cup run to add in and another international break. Time will tell
