Depends on the fleet. Black templars have a glorianna as a flag ship then multiple smaller fleets composed of mixed battle barges, strike cruisers and frigates. Dark angels and fists have similar fleets just replace the rock and phalanx. Most space born chapters that are newly founded get a special ship thats basically a space born fortress monestary that they can choose to land on a planet to make a permanent base or just keep a spaceship with firepower comparable to a glorianna. They all pretty much follow the same lines. One giant f everything in its path battleship or space station. A handful of battle barges greater number of strike cruisers then a bunch of frigates depending on their role. A chapter guarding supply routes and such will have more frigates for scouting and patroling carying maby a squad of marines. Crusadeing chapters that go from engagement to engagement will have more of the bigger ships for more oomph and rely on navey elements for actual full on space combat. Astartes cruisers and barges are blokade runners basically to punch through and drop their astartes onto planets or board the big, dangerous ships. They can put up a good fight but their more geared toward shielding than things like nova cannons.

Halo 5 Cortana could by one of the highest threads to the imperial eyes, and her Prometheans army she could be considered something similar to a nekron dynasty by her own right, or that's my opinion. Let's consider the fact that everything is OP on this universe, the guardians also could by a force multiplier for her.

It was deliberately stated on several accounts that the Damocles crusade was not a big endeavour for the imperium but just a "small" counterattack against the tiny Tau empire. The Tau experienced it as the end times, but for the empire it was a boring evening. The only reason it deserves to be on the list is because of the genocides following the capture of a Tau world.
