Are you willing to retest this? People are reporting problems with the OnePlus 3 battery and some news outlets even claim a software limit for battery charge so it only goes up to 2500mAh which would also explain the bad SOTs some people are getting (2,5-3,5h)

Mario Cola There are two versions of this processor. One has the same speed as 820 but is more power efficent (Pixel has this one) and the other has a higher clock speed and consumes same as 820.

Sorry but the outcome of this video is not that you get 1 extra hour of SOT. You get 1 extra hour of SOT in video watch. Other tasks like surfing the web or playing games may have different results. A proper battery test should include all tasks a user uses his phone for.

Please consider the battery health on both devices, supposing that you charged Oneplus 3 more times than 3T, both devices are not in the same conditions, also you should calibrate both batteries. I'm sure the real difference (in same conditions) will be less than an hour (maybe not much but still less).

14% Battery of OnePlus 3T when OnePlus 3 died, explains 13 % more battery as advertised by OnePlus, But What about 821 is 10% more power efficient Processer as advertised by Qualcomm Snapdragon. Can KZbin playback justify that test or need more aggressive testing. OR Should is think something fishy in adverstisement of OnePlus or Qualcomm Snapdragon

Sufiyan Karbhari this is a KZbin playback test, not a computing test. so the efficiency of processor isn't really used/tested. its more of screen time and network consumption. not the CPU consumption.

I don't think it is snapchat as I can monitor the wakelocks on my rooted oneplus one. I guess the only way of knowing what is draining your battery is by using an app called wakelock detector (it requires root)
