Using Op6t works fine for me, unless I become a ninja and use phone like some blades or weapons... People who looking for immortal phone can go buy diamond or metal phones. If you know what I mean, phones are to be used delicately. The phone was being dropped more then 8 times and survived which is really extremely good, what else you expect when it's being dropped continuously, good work by the way... Tests were good.

Things to note: Oneplus 6T is using Gorilla Glass 6 on the front, but only Gorilla Glass 5 on the back. You should also try rough surfaces when doing drop tests (not just on smooth marble tiles). Great video, anyway.

Correction - 6T has front Gorilla Glass 6 & Back coated with Gorilla Glass 5. Regarding bend test it was performed after water test. In video order is different.

I did the right choice then. Ordered mine yesterday. Thunder Purple. Got a Galaxy S7 now, for 2 years. Well, after the 1st year the glue on the Gorilla glass seems to loose it's grip, got white stripe inside the phone. The speaker to hear people talk has been bad for almost a year as well. But I didn't change the phone or what so ever. Just held my thumbs it would keep it up until I signed up for a new phone. 4 weeks ago I dropped it, but I got a nice cover, but phone was undamaged, dropped it like 3 times under my possession. At the same time a buddy of mine have dropped and broke about 3 phones by accident. After this video, I know that this 6t got more durability then my S7. The water test only is proof of that. Under water for 2 minutes, and if the phone wasn't water resistant it would stop working just when it got water around it. The build for the phone is the same as Samsung when you are seeing the frame, the glass covering the edges and everything. The company haven't tested the waterproof on this phone when released on the market, therefor no data for it. But now I know.

Nice video, i think for you nex test, when you be dropping the phone, you should put a bit of sand on the floor like a rial street, due to thoses small pieces of sand are the ones which scratch the phone in most of the cases, not the the floor.

Try testing for resistance to scratches from sand. That's a practical test since it is probably the reason screens get scratched up as some sand and grit inevitably ends up in our pocket.
