Need to replace the front camera most likely, I've never opened a phone before, and it was super easy! Both camera's now working. Spent like $40 on the camera on Ebay. When I opened the phone, the front camera ribbon cable was broken in half. Put in the new camera and everything works now. On a difficulty scale, it was a 1 out of 10. Super easy to repair!

Only go to OnePlus service centers. Don't go to private centers.

@@erickcastillocorona3883 Mira debes tener cierto conocimiento avanzado, pero lo que hice fue primero ver este video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bKmvn5-InZ2Gi6c) en ese video se instala el driver del celular para que lo reconozca el computador , luego descargue el programa que dice el señor de este video (msmdownloadTool V.4.0.88 ) de la pagina donde el lo indica y lo instale, luego la abri y revise en que puerto (com) reconoceria el celular. luego apague el celular lo conecte por usb al computador y le undi al tiempo el boton de volumen arriba y abajo y el de encendido hasta que lo reconoce el computador. debe aparecer en el administrador de dispositivos del computador como " qualcom " con eso sabes que esta listo, por ultimo se le da start y el empiza a restaruar el sistema como se ve en el video de este señor, el celular se reinicia solo cuando termina y queda en androide 9 pero la camara pricipal ya queda funcionado (la delantera no) , debes programarlo para que no te vuelva hacer actualizaciones porque sino va volver a quedar como estaba. DEBES SALVAR TODA LA INFORMACION DEL CELULAR porque queda solo como cuando se compro sin datos de nada, la primera vez que lo hice pase varios sustos con esos juego de botones en algun momento el celular no me volvio a prender y parecia haberse dañado completamente pero se logro, sino estas seguro de hacerlo bien es MEJOR NO ARRIESGARSE, igual este mensaje es solo informativo y no te respondo por si algo se te daña el celular por completo y no vuelve a iniciarse, aunque yo ya he hecho este procedimiento dos veces y me ha funcionado bien , suerte !!!!
