If you turn off the 90hz the 7T gets 6-7 hrs SoT time..plus the fast charger comes in the box. I feel it's unfair to say the note charges faster but that's with an extra $50 for a $1000+ phone

My note 4 was the nicest phone one could buy during its time and it was a good phone. The problem was the screen cost $300 to replace! Then my charging port failed and then dust and dirt got inside the phone and collected on my camera. Samsung continually builds products with crappy made parts. They dont warrant $1000+ price tags

If it was the 11 pro series I'd probably feel differently but since the 11 is an LCD the Note blows it out of the water. But I love Apple's user experience and interface more.

Great job on the comparison... on the camera you missed at the 1+7 does micro shots a lot better which may not be a big deal for most people but seems pretty cool to me. On a Budget? I’m sure the note 10+ is a great phone it just goes against my thinking to spend over $1000 for phone, my practical side just won’t let me spend that for a phone . I live a pretty active lifestyle and so maybe the note 10 wouldn’t fit but I can see if you’re a businessman and you need the s-pen it might be worth a buy.

We cant tell what happens in the future so having IP rating will give you less worry if something happens. Im using s10+ and it's currently raining out here in my region so im not worried

So I see no reason to have IP certification (Jerry did a teardown of the 7T and it has extra protections in the phone against water).

7T is more advanced than 7 pro it has a faster cpu, faster charging and better camera so why would he compare it to the older 7 Pro. Only thing that has in its favour is the higher resolution screen but then so does a Galaxy S7 from 4 years ago. Most people use their 1440p phones at 1080p anyway to conserve battery or don't even realise that it's running 1080p by default and don't change it like on the Samsung's for example.

The note10+ is in a class of it's own. But if you want value the 7t is an excellent buy. There is alot to luv. Warp charging 0to70 in 30min, oxygen OS, the 855+processer, macro zooming & improved cameras. 599.oo is a very good price for what's offered. Very good review!

Nice Review. Software Upgrades on Samsung phones don't bring much if any changes at all apart from the changes Samsung makes to its UI. Besides majority of Samsung Apps can be updated via the galaxy store. One 2.0 seems to be bringing speed/Fluidity improvements to Samsung's Current devices and will fix my only issue with samsung/android phones generally which is that of app animations and transitions. The One plus 7t is not a great phone for the price but just a great phone it covers all the features general consumers want in A phone then some. Either phone is a great choice they both do well in areas that are important the most and adds to that by way of offering specialised software and features.

I managed to get a mint condition refurbished Galaxy S10 for £295 on black Friday. Once updated to Android 10 it's really smooth, but the battery is still awful with the exynos CPU the UK version has. I just ordered a CN version 256gb OnePlus 7T for £343, I hope the battery is better and I don't end up regretting it due to the lack of audio jack... (I'll buy a bluetooth DAC). I should be able to sell my s10 for £350 at least I think :p, so under 300 spent and staying with a OP7T 256gb isn't too bad anyways, can always resell it lol.

Have a 7t, watching on it, waiting on note to show up. The 7t has been glitchy for me yo, keyboard glitches, proximity sensor issues where the screen is regularly no longer on the call screen when I get off a call.. All of these issues are usually fixable on a one plus by just installing a rom... And twrp is dead atm so the phone has 2 roms and one of them reboots the phone daily a little less than the other. Might be a fast phone, 90hz is cool, phones too damn buggy.

OnePlus 7t, better value. Note 10+, easily the better phone. This is easy, don't be dumb. Also, the note 10 has a brighter display, it's brighter manually and brighter in HDR peaks bud. Also AGAIN wrong, the 25 watt charger is substantial faster then the OnePlus 7t's 30 watt charger, this has been proven in every charging test comparing the two. Quality and battery chemistry play a huge role, and Samsung easily defeats OnePlus in this feat Samsung already has the Android 10 back feature, it's one handed + in goodlock. You can set any function to happen when you swipe from the right or left side of the screen as the demonstrated, including going back. In facts it's literally 10x better because you can have it work before you release your finger to make it speedy, or set it back to normal. And no, I don't have any "accidental" swipe backs. Not to mention the swipe diagagnol feature on both sides, allowing up to six commands that can do anything like turn off the phone, turn on the flashlight, open quickpanels and quicktoggle menus for a hub of commonly done things. God review but could've been better, c'mon man.

25 watt charger is faster than 30 watts charger on OnePlus 7 pro but not faster than 7t and 7t pro's 30t, make your facts correct. OnePlus devices used to last more than Samsung device before where is the quality of samsung that time? All flagship phone provide you same set you quality lol. It's all about competition if OnePlus want they can go with 60watts charger but they don't wanna rush and even Samsung can provide 40w charger in box but they will provide the 40w charger in s11 or note 11. Samsung's camera is always average next to iPhone and pixels.

I just got my note 10+ with a $500 credit for trade in value. So this phone I have is technically cheaper than the one plus 7t and with all the bells and whistles. I love the refresh rate with the one plus but when it came to price deals and specs I chose the note. Maybe in the few years I will try one plus if the note doesn't upgrade with a 90 hz refresh in the future.

You perceive it to be fast....... Even I was like you before getting the 7t, I tried the 60hz mode on my phone for a day and everything felt choppy, But 90hz mode is butter smooth. It's all about the perception, my friend's ip11 is faster than the 7t but when I use it I feel like the phone is dropping frames or something.

First of all this isn't a fare compare if you wanna compare then compare it with 7t pro - 1440p 90hdz, 2085mah, and you get the 30t w charger inside the box, better size not as huge as the note, a better UI and if you wanna talk about s pen honestly it's something extra like I won't be mad not having it in a "touch screen phone" and I prefer mat back and the camera isn't bad tbh unless you wanna sit and compare your pictures with a more expensive phones "it does it's job " and the price difference between them says it all 💁‍♂️.

The OnePlus 7T Pro is out now just some minor upgrades just as I wanted but the power of matte blue is a bit reduced and it looks like sliver-blue which I like more this time. The camera bump is huge so applied this ordered screen protector from gadgetshieldz.com the good thing is that the full body screen protector comes with a camera protector.

Samsung phones in general are for people who dont know the difference between "features" and "value". Most people don't need reverse wireless charging and a stylus. They will be better served by regular updates and smooth, reliable performance. Even a OnePlus 6 runs faster than the current Note phone because there is no Samsung bloat.

Dex4Sure I read in an article that after they announced S9, Samsung will provide 3 years of OS updates... and additional 1 to 2 years of security updates. Only models s9 and beyond. But people aren’t sure about this yet. Anyways my 3.5 year old S7 edge is getting bimonthly updates. S6 edge last update was in July. So at least they support the old devices for 4 years.

I just sold my OnePlus 7 pro and got the Asus rog 2 phone 512gb . It's a beast and It's beautiful especially with the 120hz AMOLED screen.

Just sold my note 10+, sadly. I loved it but somehow lost the love for it. I currently have the 7t and 11 pro. Something about how simple and fluid Oneplus is now. I switch between the 7t and 11pro every few days.

Valentin Kálmán tough choice man. I have the 11 pro, I love it. I think it’s the king of cameras this year. The regular 11 is a good budget flagship. It all depends on what you’re doing on your phone. I use my 7t for Video streaming, gaming, etc. my 11 pro is for social media and camera

I really don’t think the NOTE 10 should cost more then my 2018 IPAD PRO 256 GB which is with me all the time. Phones are Communication devices first. Who really enjoys gaming on a phone and when the phone hits almost 7 inches it’s hard to carry around. but if you have money to throw away Sure Buy the note like I use to and use only a few features and then forget how to use it lol. I was loyal Note series until I woke up and the phones past $900
