in fact this is realistic. In 2008 SWAT were not allowed to land in any building, due to terrorist attacks that maybe anyone could set a bomb and explode along with all the SWAT that are on top of the building, so if they are going to explode only the one with the bomb, so as not to risk much more.

The noose teams in 5 are best, better then the actual cops in 5, ive caught a noose npc roaming with no stars, greeted them as trevor, they greeted back positively. I try greeting or saying hi to the cops and they immediately talk shit. 4 is better in difficulty, as they are very tactical and more self preserved than 5 that ride on the side and care less if one of their own falls off. 4 cops are also nicer, and sometimes have your back in fights and dont kill but arrest the attacker

Generally cops become more dangerous as the wanted level increases. Lets begin with GTA IV. At five stars, thats when they pulling out all the stops in attempting to put an end to the chase. Cops are twice as lethal now. They can shoot from their vehicles for the first time ever, making car chases dangerous. If you find yourself in the wrong vehicle at that wanted level, you're asking for medical bills. At least a vehicle that shields your player from behind like a truck something. But let not the chase last too long otherwise them bullets will destroy the vehicle. But with a fast ride, you can escape the cops. GTA V is slightly worse. SWAT team make an appearance at four stars driving FIB Grangers and two of them hanging on the side. Both the passengers and drivers will open fire from their vehicles when they're in sight of you. And unlike GTA IV, death is just around the corner should they stop you dead on your tracks. It all depends on the vehicle you're using. Also be careful when tires on your vehicle get shot cause unlike in GTA IV, there will be a sudden loss of control. Worse when at high speed. And be careful of them Heavy Tactical roadblocks. Don't even try and ram through them if you know you're in a vehicle smaller than a truck or any other big rig. Take extra care though in GTA IV because windshield ejection is quite easy to achieve unlike GTA V. Roadblocks can easily be swerved when on a bike but at the expense of exposure to gunfire.

This is prob the reason of why GTA 5 SWAT wont try to arrest u: Since in GTA 5 star level becomes higher and higher, the cops actually find as a threath to every one in the city, after we carry alot of weapons that can take a whole army with the skills of prob a elite unit from any game that has a dude with skill on every weapon, plus we know how exactly know how to use every vehicle from a 2004 toyota corola to either a Leopard 2A4, F-16 Fighting Falcon, MH-6 Little bird weaponized and witheout mentioning the Online gear. Also the fact that there have been many type of robberies from the jewelry store, to the steal of a nuclear warhead and almost selling it to the chinese and robbing the biggest bank in history and they dont just keep in track and search of the perpretators and possible suspects of these robberies makes them not trusth alot on us. The only way they can arrest us is when we use the cheat to lower the heat to 2 or 1 stars, thats when they arrest us.
