Steezy riding dude! I have a gts with 125 miles on it (also a gt with 6200+ miles). I'm tempted to upgrade my gts to the rally edition but as you say the resale value is shit on these things, so it will probably cost me more than $1k to upgrade. Just wondering if this will really make a big difference to my riding. I'm not a hard core rider, pretty much all I do is ride fast - no tricks, no curbs etc. My thoughts are that the recurve rails are probably not going to change my riding experience much but they will look great. If the 6" hub can soften my ride, that would have some value. Some of the paved trails in my area have some bumps and buckles etc. that I need to avoid or slow down for to avoid the board going squirelly. I'm also doing some off road trail riding too but nothing too gnarly. If I had the chance to buy from scratch, hands down I would get the rally edition but now that I have the gts ... talk to me.

@@Alex-ge6fo my advice is just get the hub bc it doesn’t sound like the rails would add much value to your riding. The hub and tire are great imho, huge noticeable improvement over the 6.5”

@@MaxlRose919 Awesome - yesterday I came to the same conclusion. I'm going to order the GTS motor with 6" hub and tire, and transfer my 6.5" GTS motor and tire to my GT. The riding I do on my GT is more mellow so that should work out great. Thanks!

Debating myself now for my first ever onewheel.. Will definitely be the GT-S.. But what variant do you recommend to get? Start with the GT-S OG flat rail, or new GT-S Rally Edition with the recurved rails? Planning for mostly paved riding.. Would really appreciate your thoughts)

@@DavidDevoc have you tried the other models before? For a first timer I would recommend a used GT (or XR if you’re on the lighter side). If you have the budget and know you love it, then yeah get the GTS. The rally edition I think is geared more towards the hardcore riders, but who am I to tell you not to get something you might like. It is all super fun, I think just gotta weigh how much you want to invest

Pretty sure the "lower nose/higher tail" aspect is by design. That's the way it was pitched (pun intended) in FM's video where Austin and Mercedes were talking about the board design with Jack and Kyle. I've been on this board for a couple weeks now and loving it
