I just picked one up a couple weeks ago, and it’s amazing! I upgraded from PintX, and it’s a night and day difference. I am a bigger guy, 230lbs and size 13 feet, and to me this feels so much safer and gives me much better control. Definitely a huge confidence boost! I think my PintX was struggling with my size 😅…

First you let the people buy stuff to get a real good board, because you s* on so many things, and then after you have the idea to get own rails, you just disable the function, so everything is now worth nothing. Sells the rail separately please. Not all GT/GTS rider want to buy a whole new board just for the Rail or 6 inch (which should come default in the launch of GT).

they do sell them separately. for $450. then you have to send your board in so they can put them on and re-level your board - oh, and they keep your old rails apparently.

If the rail and foothold system were to be sold/available there it would be really nice for Owner in Australia/Asean region due to their ease of Shipping fees.

It's called a vesc. Sold my GT and for the money got an xr based board with the performance and torque of a gts with far superior battery life. Would highly recommend.

To me, XR is what a onewheel should feel like. I'd love a little more range, and being in England I'd love it to come Badgered, with a drop-top fender. I know I can build it myself, but would love that off-the-shelf. That said, the rally edition does look like the best out of the box Onewheel so far for offroading and speed, so rad job lads!

Allow Onewheeler owners to purchase the recurve rails separately as well as relevel themselves. There are riders who are loyal to Onewheel and want recurved rails rather than the 3rd party rails. It'd be an absolute homerun of a move!

Could you please provide us with the specifications for the rails so that we can purchase and install them ourselves? It would be great if an update could be made to include options for both recurve and straight rail settings, similar to the custom shaping feature for the foot pad. This would make it easier for users to customize their experience. and then we also have more rail options as well for those of us who have the WTF rails.

I am definitely getting one...the S Series is not just about performance but also about safety. I hope the upgrades trickle down eventually to the rest of the lineup as the torque and higher top speed gives you an amazing buffer which in turns makes it much easier to and safer to ride. I LOVE my S Series...I couldn't imagine it getting better but I guess I will find out soon!

I just got an error 22 a few weeks ago on my GT and after sending it in to FM for "internal calibration" the total cost to me was about $134... YMMV

Message one wheel support, you’ll have to send it back since it’s over 12 months for you I believe it’ll cost more since you have to pay for shipping and you’re out of warranty, I suggest saving up to get the pint x

I'm sure it's amazing, but you guys really priced out a large portion of riders with the GT and GT-S. I could barely justify the $1800 I spent on my XR. I'd love to upgrade at this point, but my XR is still fully functional (and fully customized) and there's no way I'll ever be spending $3000+ on a new board. That's insane!

i absolutely love my GT-S, but I can't help but feel jaded by the calculated roll out of these upgrades. you made a racing board, then within the first year of its launch, you release new rails designed for better clearance and a hub that's better designed for eating the chunk you're racing over. no shot these weren't on the drawing board before launch. reeeeaaaaaaallllllyyyy feels like you're just trying to squeeze out every last cent from your community. i mean, the board was $3200 at launch. now you're offering the rally edition for $3500 - a $300 difference. but, if I want to upgrade now, I'll have to pay an additional $450 for the rails and $925 for the 6" + Performance Treaded?!?! So, now, as a day one supporter, I'm getting railed by 6" - just not the ones I want. So shady.

@@turningmagnets the rails have been around a lot longer than nov.. it just took FM this long to decide to release their own version of them. and it doesn't take a factory team of riders to know that increasing the hub size is going to make the ride less comfortable. its great that they're finally trying to catch up to 3rd parties and vesc, but you're very gullible if you dont think this was a planned rollout since before the GT S launched. and you also can't sit there and tell me that you wouldn't be annoyed that someone can buy the upgraded board for $300 more than every other GT S owner spent, while those early owners would have to spend an extra $1300 to catch up. would've been nice to see FM offer owners the $300 difference in price as an upgrade. its not a huge biggie, tho, just a very minor annoyance ill have forgotten about by tomorrow. i'll jump on my board and forget all about it, esp. when someone else is offering 5 inches, instead of 6 for nearly half the price :)

If we could get a GTS trade in for the Rally edition, I’d pay $1,000. My GTS only has 150 miles on it. I really really want the Rally Edition!!! Or I’ll send you guys my GTS, and you can upgrade the rails, and hub, under warranty! I’d pay $1,000 for that as well!
