Onigiri | Seafood mix Rice Balls

🍙 Ingredients
2 cups of rice
450ml water
250 g seafood mix
2-3 eringi mushrooms
50 g broccoli
2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp chicken broth
A pinch of black pepper
🍙 Directions
1 Thaw the seafood mix.
2 Chop the eringi mushrooms.
3 Divide the broccoli into small florets and microwave for 1 minute.
4 In a pot, combine rinsed rice, thawed seafood mix (250g), chopped eringi mushrooms, chicken soup stock powder, sake, soy sauce, black pepper, and water.
5 Bring to a boil over high heat.
6 Once boiling, reduce the heat to low.
7 When the water is absorbed, turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes.
8 Once the rice is cooked, add the broccoli and mix.
9 Fill the rice ball mold with the rice mixture, pressing firmly to shape the rice balls.
10 Place the rice balls on a plate and serve.
11 Wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze for a quick and delicious breakfast ready in just 3 minutes every morning. Give it a try!
