I am going to get Ponzu and try this also. I never had ponzu before. I made last week recipe once with with pork, and once with shredded chicken breast. Very delicious. The cheese added just the right amount of saltiness.

Thank you as always! Adding cheese makes it even more delicious. I used pizza cheese, but you can also use processed cheese.
