Your dishes are always very healthy. I enjoy watching you make them and trying the recipes myself. Thanks.

Nice! Do you think you could put the ingredients and their gram(or oz) amounts in the description please? So it’s easier for watchers to follow along

I can do that, but I don't do that because I hardly receive such requests so far. If there are those who really want to make my meals, they'll be capable of converting Japanese units into their units. BTY, the amount of ingredients unwritten in my videos means "as I/you like".

@ oh that’s not what I meant :) I am okay with using the units you provide and don’t think you need to add more units to the video! I only mean having it in the video description because it’s easier to get the ingredients together and cooking along rather than having to scrub and pause the video to see the measurements as you add them to your cooking. I hope that’s more clear! Something like this in the description: Stock: 1 medium onion 30g enoki 50g tofu 250ml water 2.5g Kelp stock 16g miso ..etc. I hope that was thorough. I appreciate your quick reply!☺️

@Brinrose I've misread "description" as "subtitle"... Anyway, in terms of miso soup, I would do like below. as you like onion, enoki 250g water 2.5g kelp stock 16g miso
