Thank you Talli Faye. This looks delicious, I love onions cooked anyway or not cooked. Sometimes if grilling put a beef bouillon cube on top the onion wrap in foil and cook on the grill or oven until tender.

Thanks Talli Faye , I love onions cooked or raw ! I think this would be delicious on a hamburger , hotdog or sausage sandwich , I also think pepper Jack cheese would be good on it in place of the cheddar cheese sometimes as a different flavor cheese ! Another idea is to just have sweet pickles, sour pickles and sliced white bread with bbq. Maybe some fried okra! Yum, yum.

it’s like scalloped onions! I do that with cabbage and sometimes turnips. But use Parmesan or Swiss cheese.
