Nonna, my Barese family from Corato, Italy celebrated every St Joseph’s Feast Day on March 19th with rectangular pies filled with ONIONS, KALAMATA OLIVES AND ANCHOVIES. Heavenly delicious memories!!! All in honor of my grandmother, Giuseppina! The good old days!
