I’m taking advantage of our current heatwave here in the uk and sun-drying some shop bought (organic onions). It’s now day 2, there not dry yet but I’m persevering although I may have to use your oven method if/when the weather takes a turn… Thank you for sharing

The heatwave is worth using right now. Although I find onions attracts flies that’s why I prefer the oven method.

Oh yes, the flies! I have been covering my tray with a muslin cloth and so far so good but the drying is a slow process. Thanks the feedback
