Nice! Is there a way to loop something indefinitely? Sort of like the Flash equivalent of shoving some frames into a graphic and putting it on the timeline.

There's a Loop Node in Toon Boom now, but I have yet to see someone cover it in a video

Is there a way to loop keys on some node's parameters? Lets say I want transparency to loop between 100 and 50 percent throughout the scene. Is there a way to do it fast besides copy pasta?

Sooort of. You can definitely affect just one parameter as you suggest. But paste cycle is still the easiest way to loop something like that. Transformation loop maybe.. maybe
