"Mind your own business, I'm just endangering the safety and wellbeing of everyone around me." Miss, that is _everyone's_ business, especially those in the potential blast radius. @@dynamicworlds1 Adulting is difficult for many. Even though the gas nozzles today don't release the volume of fumes they once did, the hazard is still there and smoking is a misdemeanor-take a photo of them smoking and their license plate, contact police. They won't do it again. Personal responsibility hasn't been taught well for a number of years now thanks to that darn Dr. Spock. Good point about "potential blast radius" but in today's society, it is sometimes hard to define. Years ago, a dish washing brand (not for the machine, but the liquid for doing dishes in the sink) came out with a lemon scented version. Their ads stressed heavily how lemony it was - and yes, in their TV ads (that long ago!) they showed people washing dishes with it. Customers bought it and used it as salad dressing. Then complained to grocery stores that it tasted soapy. Subsequent ads had to add a disclaimer noting that the dishwashing liquid was to wash dishes only and was not to be eaten. So ... humans are the pinnacle of evolution? Mother Nature might want to think of trying again.

2:40 I genuinely took my time to understand the logic behind this photo. At first glance I thought he could've used just one ladder to go up the window. Then I thought if the window needed some work that involved working around the edges, then this would somehow work for that guy who could just shift left and right - which would actually be more comfortable and save time instead of using a single ladder to position everytime. Maybe I am wrong.
