Hi We have applied for GST Cancellation on May 2018. We get a acknowledgement regarding this which shows that application is sucessfully registered. But when we checked online to know the application status it shows a pending message. Once it shows that application is waiting for officer's approval. We went to the CGST office and lodged a complaint and also registered in Grievance too. But still there is no reply received regarding our complaint. It has been 2 years that we are going to GST office regularly on every month for enquiring the same. Till date I didn't get any response. I am writing this to know what should we do next. Expecting a reply regarding our GST cancellation request.
