Do independent teachers ever refer students to another teacher when their schedule is full?

I have! I like to keep a short list of teacher friends who teach different areas/types of students so I can refer. Nothing formal, just friends helping out friends!

I think it happens, yes! Some teachers like to hang on to their leads in case they have gaps though.
