I’m 14 and it’s my first year as a freshmen in high school. In middle school I was severely depressed( diagnosed) developed anxiety ( diagnosed) and ADHD also diagnosed. I was quiet had 1 or 2 close friends and i was in a friend group that didn’t care and didn’t motivate me to do anything. Over the summer I studied 1 hour every Monday and started learning how to cope with my anxiety and adhd as well as starting to take medication. I also am getting out of my comfort zone and talking to people giving compliments when I can. I have always been a fitness guy and have been working out since I was 9 now I’m hanging out with people who also lift and are determined to succeed in life. Just want to thank you for pushing me when no one was and as a man nobody cares about your problems it’s just you vs you.

As a high schooler (and a new guy to the channel), even before seeing this video, I’ve been putting in the work every morning: Wake up at 5:30 AM. Make my bed. Shower, style my hair, shave, and moisturize. Use lip balm Hit the gym. Eat a healthy breakfast. Take my natural supplements (multivitamins, and some extra like zinc (which helps testosterone) and biotin) Brush my teeth a couple times, use mouthwash, and pack my backpack. Finish with cologne and gum. Since starting this routine, I’ve noticed girls paying more attention-sometimes even asking me to sit with them at lunch, only for it to get awkward for me when nobody talks, even though they all know I already have a gf.🤔😆 This video confirmed it: success is all about discipline and how you present yourself
