let's also remember there are ways and conditions to give advice, many people couldn't care less about another person actually improving themselves for the sake of Allah, so judgment can actually be harmful and non constructive if given in the wrong way. let's not pretend everyone has good niyya and wants the best for YOU when saying something about your behaviour, appearance or words.

Yes, some people bring shaytan closer away form people instead of bringing him away from them. They just don't know how to advice normally. In that case its better to be silent then to make everything worse. The Prophet himself had the best way of advising which I barely see now. There was this man that he wanted to call into Islam, the way that the Prophet did it was through a wrestling competition, it was like a challenge and the man was suprised. The Prophet spoke the language of that man who loved to wrestle, he knew that talking won't help etc. That same man ended up becoming muslim after the Prophet won the fighting challenge

May Allah bless you bro, I would recommend changing the settings if your using iPhone to higher quality it sometimes sets it to lower quality, you can upload them then delete on phone to save space, also would recommend using some light for better lighting just to up the quality inshallah

Michael hart mentiones how in his book, but just briefly, in order to know them, we must journal them. Then, after journaling them, controlling them is through us manually Realizing them in the moment, and making a effort to turn that emotion off. And analyzing it through a rational perspective And Allah knows best
