Is this river near your residence? I'm just curious l live in North Carolina and am Slightly obsessed with geography.l kept a stringer of about 5 bulkheads in my refrigerator overnight the next afternoon they were still alive so as a reward to them l released them in a local creek and they all swam off no worse for wear.
