⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蝦苗煎蛋 材料: 蝦苗半斤 雞蛋6隻 芫荽1棵(切段) 處理: 1. 蝦苗,放筲箕內,清水沖洗3次,擎乾水,放碟上。 2. 蝦苗,加入生粉1湯匙,撈勻,收乾水分。 3. 雞蛋,打入量杯內。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油2湯匙。 2. 放蝦苗落鑊煎香。 3. 雞蛋,加入少許胡椒粉,打勻。 4. 蝦苗,在鑊邊加入油2湯匙,加入蛋漿,轉中慢火,繼續煎。 5. 蛋餅,一面已煎至金黃色,轉大火,反轉繼續煎。 6. 蛋餅,兩面已煎至金黃色,完成。 7. 上碟,放上芫荽,可享用。 Scrambled eggs with shrimp seeds Ingredients: Shrimp seeds 0.5 catty Eggs 6 eggs Coriander 1 No. (Cut in lengths) Preparation: 1. Shrimps seeds, put in a drainer. Rinse 3 times. Drain. Put on plate. 2. Shrimp seeds, add in 1 tbsp of tapioca starch. Mix well to dry it up. 3. Eggs, break into a measuring cup. Steps: 1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 2. Put shrimp seeds in wok, fry well. 3. Eggs, add in little pepper. Beat well. 4. Shrimp seeds, pour 2 tbsp of oil alongside the wok. Add in egg syrup. Turn to medium~low flame and continue frying. 5. Egg pie, one side has been fried into golden yellow, turn to high flame. Flip over and continue frying. 6. The egg pie, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, complete. 7. Put on plate. Put coriander on top. Serve.
