Only Eating Prison Foods For A Day + Charles Bronson Workout | RAMEN PIZZA CRUST!?

In today's video I only ate prison foods for a day! It was pretty crazy to see how creative people can get with such limited resources. Throughout this full day of eating we make prison pizza, prison ice cream, a prison burrito and even looking at a typical prison breakfast served in a county jail in Montana.
Along with the food, I try a Charles Bronson bodyweight workout that he would follow in his cell.

I've actually been to prison and jail (all in Montana) and i can tell you that some of the most jacked guys I've ever met were down doing real time. and not all of them are natural (you can get whatever you want inside if you know the right people). and we ate our commissary day burritos off of lined writing paper. The only thing your workout was missing was burpees, which are an essential part of any inmates daily workout routine. Everything is centered around burpees! thank you will for making this video

As somebody who's never been to Prison, but did spend long stretches in every County Jail within a 30mi radius of my own County*... I actually love this video idea. I could NOT BELIEVE how many people inside actually insufflate (yes, SNORT) their instant coffee like they were railing lines of fucking meth. I also couldn't believe how creative we got making spreads and such from the pretty small list of items that were available to purchase (1 Jail's canteen list was literally 10 items, 3 of which were hygiene products 🙄) *For anybody who cares, I'm not some abusive piece of shit. Just fucked around with the wrong substances and ROA and ended up a slave to Heroin/Coke/the Needle for over a decade. Hit 6 Years of Sobriety on 1/5/22, and for the first time in my adult life actually feel alive 👍

Having actually been to prison a few times, I can appreciate this. Imagine all of that food being super low quality (,, including powdered eggs). The only way to survive is to buy canteen or hustle up canteen, tuna steaks chili ramen canned chicken etc. It's hard to get HUGE, but you can get in really good shape. At least in Massachusetts, where the jails don't have free weights.
