In today's video we're going all the way back to the 1980s! I'm a 90's baby so I never got to see what was trending in food and fitness back in the day. A full day of eating the most popular 80's food as well as following Jane Fonda's home workout and Mr. Olympia Lee Haney's Back/Shoulders routine!
Hope you enjoy the video! Thanks for watching!

The Great Depression diet would be great. Or what they ate at home through world war 1 or 2. I remember my grand parents saying they had to grow a lot of there own food (veggies mostly) or they would hunt (rabbits mostly here in Australia) Rabbit stew was a big thing. They would barter with neighbours especially for milk and things. Made a lot of stuff from scratch. I remember eating my nans pies (she said it was something like she would have made or her mum would have made) it had lots of veggies, rabbit, a little chicken and the pastry was made from scratch.

I think sloppy joes for dinner might’ve been a depression era meal since it was created in the 1930s and was called a loose meat sandwich back then. Sloppy joes striaght up look like some depression era food too

Depending on how long you have been on a certain diet, they suggest doing a strict eating regiment for 4-8 weeks and doing a cheat week, that you get more satisfaction out of a week of treats vs guarding yourself on one day. The digestion is better and actually make better decisions out of the cheat. This is not from my opinion. I haven’t tried it and just a idea. I am not trying to yell, does that make sense

@@glory_warrior6213 I just switched to this. Depending on how strict your diet has been and how addicted you were to sugar, a cheat day can throw you off your game, hitting you with powerful cravings. A week gives you time to get that under control.
