​@LokiV_WT I think player caused ticket bleed is ok to an extent, if there is an f104 flying at 15km at the edge of the map there should be a way to just end it. But because gaijin has some Shakespeare monkeys in their Office they have kept the requirement to win a game with ticket bleed to how many AI aircraft crash and who can shoot 4 howitzers to drain the enemy of all the tickets.

I’ve had this happen with 8 and 9 kill games respectively. Additionally blind hunt orders ruin endgame comebacks so often that if I’m last man standing I have to use an order just so they can’t use it.

I think that guy meant static thrust... In terms of static thrust i think he's right... Pretty sure the Mig-29 doesn't have a "static" thrust to weight ratio greater than 1... The harrier does or it wouldn't be able to hover... Static thrust means nothing though when you're flying, it only matters when your speed is near 0

MiG-29 actually does have a static TWR above 1, but the harrier's is like 1.4 or something ridiculous. However the MiG-29's optimal TWR is above 2, so once its up to speed it greatly out accelerates the harrier.

I thought about it and as much as I hate the ticket bleed too... It does rarely happen since the GRAND majority of the games do end up being the 5 minute TDM that always ends before you even see someone actually spotted. I see where Gaijin is probably coming from on that one. Still doesn't justify it being a thing to begin with however, but it's probably why they don't feel the need to address it even though no one likes it that actually has a semblance of an idea of how to play. Needless to say it always happens in the clutch situation and ends up screwing over the people who probably deserved the win far more... being that they could manage that.

The reason why people go in furballs is because they know that ticket bleed will deny them any kills if they do anything else, so why would they climb? Why would they play strategically? Just go in the furball and pray for the kill. Truly peak air RB gameplay (arcade is even worse 😭🙏)

Speaking from my own personal experience I imagine that's why they say what they say, even though it isn't good. I had a 10 kill game a couple of months back. I would've lost, but an absolute G in an f104 agreed to give me a headon with 30 seconds left in the game. I never would've caught him in my F5C. That said, the 10 kill game kicked into gear with a 1v6 including 3 f104j's.

this exact thing happened to me, i was playing the mig 29 smt before r77s were a thing. i got nine kills, and when I eventually died the only friendlies left were f4s's and j's. These guys were all gunned by the same dude one at a time while completely ignoring him for a base. Not a good time.

I have has this happen so many times, too often to count and I don't mean that to flex. Not only does it cut your RP gain in half, even if you got 10 kills, you get a limited amount of RP anyway. I'm glad I lost my addiction for this game

ARB players should start recording every game that's ended prematurely through ticket bleed and spam them to Gaijin. Clog up their inboxes with ticket bleed until they actually acknowledge the issue and address it. That response we got completely dismissing the problem should not be allowed to stand unchallenged.

this match was lost by the beyond stupid 25 minute game timer not AI ticket bleed the 25 minute game timer was really the catalyst for so much fuckery in air rb its so funny to look at how much more dynamic and engaging old air RB missions were, the game mode has only been dumbed down and become more liner as time goes on. its even worse for props who just suffer in the background while the game mode bends in large part due to top tiers fuckery.

10.0 air and 7.7 ground are honestly the most compressed BRs imo because you can't really move anything up/down in BR without the matchmaker messing you up For air if you uptier slightly you fight the 11.3 IRCCM missile launchers and if you get downtiered you fight the depressing early-mid 8.7 cold war jets For ground if you get downtiered slightly you fight the 6.3 latewar APHE things and if you get uptiered slightly you fight the mid-cold-war 9.0 APFSDS slingers and AFVs

I mean, it's hardly a bad mechanic that you can't smash him on the airfield, couldn't you just have gone for the ai planes, let him take off? I reckon best mechanic would be to force air spawn at high speed if there's less than 3 players in team or someone's within X range of airfield. Would make a lot more sense than the current "STOP CAMPING" while literally not allowing them to take off - and the game is usually more fun if both players have a chance.

now, i do not concur with Gaijin about AI ticket bleed, but I recently just found out that, at least for 12.3+, they have: 1. more tickets 2. howitzers, spaas, light pillboxes have been changed to light tanks and MBTs. 3. more ground units to destroy: spgs, missile launchers?, trucks. now these 3, makes the AI bombing bleed not so significant, since the light tanks and spgs wouldn't be destroyed by splash damage (unlike howitzers). though I think not all maps has these. however, the BRs where rank 6 & 7 premiums sit still have early jets' ground units config, hence the massive ticket bleed. i just found out yesterday while playing Mirage 2000C-S4 and Taiwanese F-5E back and forth. still, the game denying you the win even though you have superior skill is outrageous. probably why LITERALLY NON of the actual in-game game mode is made into E-sports game mode.

You have to use the AIM-9C against unsuspecting targets and besides if they see ur AIM-9D they can flare it just as easily as they can chaff ur AIM-9C lol

M240s and VEAKS are more of a problem. You also have to be below 15m for the missiles, which means you cannot afford to fly any hill or depression on the way there.

submit the match to gaijin as bug, they did ask for replays where ai ticket bleed was the problem. btw I saw couple takes on this and a content creator called TheEuropeanCanadian is defending this as if this is the "PVE" part of the game that people should accept, but blames people wanting PVP in which the AI ticket bleed is somehow supposed to be part of it???

This isn’t really a massive example of ticket bleed being the main issue. It was an issue, but there were several problems mainly so somebody’s ability to just refuse to take off and play the game, and let their base play the game for them

Tbh, I think this one is on you man, u lost to clock not auto ticket bleed. If u wanted more kills I would start killing ground target to bait out the last guy on the air field. Where I have a problem with is when the game still has 10 min left and no one is attacking ground targets, the ticket auto bleeds so fast on some maps where it is impossible to finish a full game. You guys talk ticket bleed while you have 0 knowledge how it works ! Made a giant post on the Reddit. It's so tiresome. ARB in WT isnt a CS game ! READ THE OBJECTIVES ! (if education isnt illegal in your country, you should be able) Without "ground oriented" objectives, there's no point having attackers and bombers. Sure you guys can have fun with your fighters, but they're there to hunt attackers and bombers while other fighters are SUPPOSED to protect you ! You guys all need to play less competitive and roleplay a bit more, sure "your grind" will be slower but it's a game ! Want competition ? Jump into tournaments ! Stop complaining about random battles if you tryharding there
