Final would be between ex world champion and future world champion. Out the 4 young indian GMs, Prag seems to handle the pressure better than others, thus giving him better chances at shorter formats. Overall all 4 have chance to become world champions and huge credit to Vishy for inspiring so many young people in India

Out of the top GMs from India, Pragg is the most tactical. IMO you cannot beat Magnus with just extreme positional play because Magnus is the closest to a computer in terms of such play style. With sharp tactical play however Pragg can at least create or hope to create some chances to take down the great Magnus. It sure is going to be a super exciting final.

The best strategy for pragg can be to draw Magnus in classical which is again a tough task. Magnus has got that godly instinct which allows him to see even the smallest of the mistakes from the opponent and how to convert them into a win. That's gonna be tough for Pragg but let's see how the young boy from India does!!

So he would not want to lose this opportunity since it may also be his last classical chess. Prag is in Berserk mode and for the first time I could most definitely see him becoming world champion and Magnuses nemesis as well as the prodigy of the next generation.

“When I was a boy of seven or eight I read a novel untitled "Abafi" - The Son of Aba - a Servian translation from the Hungarian of Josika, a writer of renown. The lessons it teaches are much like those of "Ben Hur," and in this respect it might be viewed as anticipatory of the work of Wallace. The possibilities of will-power and self-control appealed tremendously to my vivid imagination, and I began to discipline myself. Had I a sweet cake or a juicy apple which I was dying to eat I would give it to another boy and go through the tortures of Tantalus, pained but satisfied. Had I some difficult task before me which was exhausting I would attack it again and again until it was done. So I practiced day by day from morning till night. At first it called for a vigorous mental effort directed against disposition and desire, but as years went by the conflict lessened and finally my will and wish became identical.” 〔 Nikola Tesla〕

Prag had a massive tournament regardless of how his match with Magnus goes, but defeating #3, #2 and #1 of the ranking in a single tournament would be a legacy defining moment for him. Great stuff at 18, the future of chess is in very good hands with him and Gukesh.

Fab had significant advantage or a winning position in both classical and the first rapid. He just couldn't convert. Tenacious defense by Pragg, but I really feel for Fab.

I think his chances are 30% to win. I feel that magnus hasn't been playing his best this tournament and I wouldn't be surprised to see pragg win. However, the endgame is always something to be mindful of and magnus doesn't miss a lot of opportunity much like Fabi did this match

Pragg in the finals..magnus will be very well prepared..just like against gukesh.. because pragg once defeated magnus twice in a row ( although in a blitz game) ..so magnus will be well prepared to take down praggnanandha..but pragg knows the same ..it will be an exciting match up

World number one is at least 40-50 points above number two. Defeating Magnus in classical game is so much harder than defeating anyone else. There is the psychological aspect as well. Well, congrats to Pragg & hoping for a competitive finals
