The mind knows only what it knows( intelligence) and what it can see. Without the senses, the mind would never know what to do. This is why I need to stay neutral and not react to every mental impression. I need to see and be one with all that's above the mind, which manifests as new actions

Only our thoughts? What if you don't have control over them? What if there is muscle tension? Anxiety is mostly not in your control.
@sunbeam9222
@sunbeam9222 Жыл бұрын
We don't have control over them when we identify with them. Once we practice paying attention to our thoughts, become the observer of our thoughts instead of instantly merging with them as one, we have created enough space between the observer and those thoughts. All we have to do is become the observer of the thoughts. We then have access to our own internal dialogue, which we don't have to be reactive to. We observe our thoughts, and the sensations those thoughts create in our body. When we stay still, and become the observer of all this mental process, then we are able to question those thoughts, and reprogram them if we want.

When you are defending your position in a Cory case and you need evidence and people experience it differently how do you secure evidence to the other if each person has different truth How does that work in a court case The question is is it true How do you solve a case?

Well, what if you asked a question do they really care about me or do they really love me and the answer is actually NO What then how are you supposed to be happy knowing that your partner or family member has betrayed you, cheated on you, What if you live in poverty and you ask yourself the question am I living in poverty and the answer is yes. It’s true 🤷‍♂️ how are you supposed to be happy about that lol
