I love this programme. It is so interesting to see the things that people keep. I really like Aggie. I used to watch her and Kim Woodburn in the programme "How Clean is your House"? Great programme.

I enjoy these videos from Storage Hoarders. They are well presented with a very cheerful and likeable host and each episode is a learning experience. They provide information of localities and as well as history of antiques and collectibles. But importantly for me, these episodes provide ideas and encouragement for getting rid of material items that potentially burden our lives. My request is that the producers of this channel to please continue uploading more episodes.

Heirloom seeds are super old. Some in the seed saving community say a seed must be at least 100 years old to be considered an heirloom, while others say it must have originated before widespread plant hybridization in the wake of World War II.

We have our high end hoarders. I know a man with 8 cars from the 1940's but also every Christmas tree he ever had. The branches are cut off and he plans to make chairs out of them. Because why not?
@suredeydo4 жыл бұрын
@@noongourfain I enjoy the whole spectrum of these shows, but I admit the family heirlooms and items with history attached are so much more interesting. And I like how this program shows the process of auctioning or selling items to show their value somewhat. You are right, the American shows put people out there at their lowest and it can be heart-wrenching and emotional for the hoarders and families. Very different from emptying a storage unit of things.

I wish jordan had been given a good psychologist to work on his clutter with rather than this cringey guy who isn't helping him process anything but instead making dumb attempts to be a 'cool kid'. It all felt a little condescending toward him when his story is really harrowing and there didn't seem to be anyone involved who he could express his emotions with. So glad he got his mum's ring back, I worry for how alone he seemed
