Excellent video analysis. Thanks for this important tip. I was shocked to see how much angle I had, especially during the back kick. You said it right there! Will definitely pay attention to press my big toes.

As a life long diver/spearfisher, long fins apeared late in my life, from the standard short/medium rubber fins of the 1970's upgraded to a bit longer but wider and stiffer fin, leg muscles were up to a wider fin, now you probably get the same trust with a longer fin. Cadence and lengh of stoke quite dif

hi man!! using long fins is bit different then short ones.... technique is the same but efforts, cadence and micro details are very different. in general i suggest long-soft fins for free diving while for spearfishing i suggest little harder since we carry more leads on the belt... but is more about personal taste! dive safe and keep having fun dude.
