Thank you for asking him how his P. Spiritus Sancti died! I so wanted to know! And it's so reassuring to know that even experts kill plants on occasion. I also loved hearing how the P. Paraiso Verde got its name!

I watched an older video that Shaun put out about how he has learned through the death of some plants under his care how much he's learned through the experience of each plant. He also mentioned not to beat ourselves up over the loss because it's just part of the life we live with plants. I'm paraphrasing, of course, but his words definitely made me think and appreciate all my other plants who continue to live so beautifully for me. I value your choice of the word "reassuring" because you're right...it is reassuring to know that experts experience the highs and lows of plant care as well. Reality at it's finest, eh? lol

Australia is nearly impossible for potted plants unfortunately… it has one of the strictest import rules in the world. You may be able to bring in seedlings or tissue cultured (sterile) jars though.
