I've always loved the look of that Quad Mace. So I clicked the link and went through the buy process until it got to the $200 shipping 🙀. Free shipping in the US and ridiculous price shipping to the rest of the world. I don't understand how/why people choose to use Amazon?

Ya, I understand. International shipping has gotten really crazy. I’ve had a lot people in different countries that don’t have Amazon shipping and wanted a arm & leg to ship one of paperback book out to them. You’d be better off making your own Gada if shipping is that much.

Stick Mobility - I have 7ft to 3ft ones for different wingspans and shorter ones for ground exercises. They work great for rehab or warming up a whole group class.
