How to Access Xbox One Troubleshoot screen on Start up to Fix Green and Black Screen Errors (Easy!)

are you having problems on the xbox one where you get a black or green screen on startup??? In this xbox tutorial, I will show you how to access the xbox one troubleshoot screen on start up to help fix the green and black screen. When you access the trouble shoot menu on start up, you can update your xbox one offline and then you can factory reset your xbox one to the original settings. This can possible fix any system errors or hard drive errors that cause the black or green screen. Also, this method will clear the xbox one cache.

Just unplugging the power cable and ethernet for over 30 second then trying to push those 2 buttons while staying xbox worked and it went away! Thank you sir really appreciate it!!

Thanks bro I broke off the power button chip when cleaning my xbox out so I had to use a controller to power on and couldnt do a hard reset at all. So this helped me factory reset.

I recommend when you factory reset, it's best to choose the bottom option. You may lose all ur games, but u can just reinstall. It's way more guaranteed ur Xbox may work again.

FELIPE RIVERA nope. Another problem arises where my Xbox turns on, then it turns itself off without displaying anything. I tried to replace the internal power supply which I did, but it didn’t work. Still the same problem. Not sure what it is probably something wrong with the mother board or fan. I’ve given up and am switching to PlayStation screw Xbox
